Customer Service is non-existent

On 11 September I purchased a Big Boy Slingshot s****** and Delivery Bag from Rightway Motors in Herm****. At the time there was no stock of the delivery bags but was assured that I will receive it the following week. During the past month I have not received a single update unless I made contact to find out what is going on. After a month I opted to be refunded as this was affecting my business, two days later and still no refund. Haven't had problems with the s****** itself (only did 350km so far) but the service at the dealership is shocking and I would not recommend them to any potential buyers.
