Poor service and treatment

Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Do not provide regular updates on work progress. Took 6 working days to restore the spark to the spark plugs but only after replacing all the components from the ignition relay to the Electronic Control Unit to the coil the the complete distributor. They seem to work on the basis of replace each component one at a time until it eventually works and then charge the customer for all the new components and labour. The car was returned to us without the reverse lights or dashboard lights working and the kick panel in the drivers foot well improperly installed so we could not reach the lever to open the bonnet. The last two items I fixed myself as I would rather have nothing more to do with these company if I can help it.
