Dont ever use Rightway Automotives for car repairs

My car broke down in January the place I took it to Invoiced us for diagnostics they did and repairs. Day after I got the car back it broke down again with same problem. But the place I took it to suddenly said it was another problem told them not to proceed unless they get approval from my Insurance as it is covered under my warranty. Contacted my insurance provider today they said the car repair guy never contacted them for approval and they recommended a company that is registered with them. Now the place where my car is at the moment dont want to release my car until I pay them. On their Invoice I paid it say work has a 3 month warranty. Surely the work the initial repairs which wasnt done should fall under their warranty and I shouldnt own them anything. What is my options in my opinion why should I pay again if my car wasn't fixed in the first place. They now refuse to return my car to me,. Shocking service
