Paid for a cat hammock and received a hangmat

It's the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I have ordered a handmade cat hammock. I paid an arm and a leg for these hammocks and received a hangmat, out of material. It's completely different from what I ordered. Now I have to ship the parcel back on my cost. Don't use this company, you don't get what you have ordered.
