Worst car dealer I've ever encountered

Where to begin???? Due to circumstances I was retrenched and subsequently was forced to sell my forever car to make ends meat, needless to say without a car one complicates life when entering the workforce again therefore I opted to trade my car in on another which they had on their lot for sale at R44900 which by no means is a small amount of money especially to someone that is unemployed and pinching every penny in order to survive. Text correspondence will confirm that it took me over a year to decide to sell so let's just say this was a grudge sale from the start, a very heartbreaking sale because my car was in showroom condition and in return I was sold a death trap with so much wrong with it that I cannot afford to get fixed in order to roadworthy. These people have mastered their delay tactics in the admin dept and it is clear to see this is their modus operandi, delay until client is frustrated and ready to cancel the transaction just as I was then pounce on the client so that all checklists are rushed and all paperwork is signed under duress. Let me start by appealing to the public at large not to buy any vehicles from Right Cars along Malibongwe, I implore you, they sell absolute junk, unreliable, unsafe and most of all at 10 fold nore than what they bought for. Head my warning they are really as bad as they come, everything negative that you have ever heard about used cars salesman is true and exists in this syndicate, this glorified dustbin where you can throw your hard earned life savings away. I don't call them this lightly because there is no better way to describe my experience with them as being violated and ******. The best possible description is they are ******* that chase money and couldn't give a toot about the customer nevertheless any kind of after care to the customer so please don't get hopes up because once you drive out you don't exist. They have *********** buyers that for a lack of better words have no clue, buyers running around making offers that are without a doubt an insult to anyone's intelligence hence me taking so long to decide to move forward on the trade. The place is a circus and absolute joke, try consider employing a nail technician as a vascular surgeon, simply ridiculous and it's clear that's what they do. The salesmen at Right Cars will say and do anything to make the sale, believe me it's all about money and nothing else. They prey on the desperate and stressed out and have mastered the art. The sales executive that dealt with me is an absolute ****, knows practically nothing about cars and cares about nothing else except his presumed commission, a gentleman by the name of Riaan Kuhn, please people do not deal with him because you will be sorry, rather ask for the grounds keeper as I'm sure you would get better morals and ethics from him. I am utterly disgusted, appalled and frankly quite taken back to see that such atrocities still occur in mainstream business world, it's beyond words. Forgive me if I sound naive but I thought that there is an unspoken sense of proper business conduct and ethics when it comes to this line of work. I am still realling from the fact that I had to be made aware that there are people out there that actually conduct business like this, the most unsavory way possible. Maybe I'm living a dream world but i really thought we as society have evolved enough to generate a moral backbone in the business world. I consider it to be theft, only difference is that Right Cars makes you sign up a smack of paperwork giving them permission to ***** from you, sad actually. For what I once thought was a rather evolved country I now have no faith. No faith in mankind anymore either and would rather walk before buying anything from these clowns. The car lasted pretty much the trip home then started with several different problems costing me thousands of Rands and just a pure waste of energy because let's agree that it simply is not worth it. The power steering pump packed up, the throttle body caved in and the car would not idle and this is the first day of ownership, how they got the vehicle up to par when I viewed God alone knows. It is simply not economical to fix because my objective was to take the remaining cash and not pour it into this bottomless pit they call a car but pay outstanding bills. It's not what I signed up for, Riaan all the way along sticking to his lies and utter misinterpretation of the vehicle. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I am not going to rest until I get justice, to the full might of the law. Either fix, replace with a safer car as originally requested or refund me. I have put together my legal team and will be litigating if I get no joy. I expect or rather demand a full refund or the car must be fixed. I'll even settle for a car of lessor value if need be, as long as it is safe for my wife and child to be in as promised by Riaan. Please be sure to let the relevant powers that be contact me so that we may settle this matter in the most amicable manner or ignore me and let us see how deep this rabbit hole can go because I will not rest. Convenient that you are called right cars when you did absolutely nothing right. Right Cars has just become my soul purpose for living. I am going to sell my soul to the Devil if need be but will not rest until this establishment is brought to book. After some careful investigation I have made a new acquaintance by the name of Shannon Blyth whom also dealt with Riaan and has also endured several thousands of Rands unnecessary costs because of being sold a damaged vehicle and in turn suffered tremendous loss because of shady sales tactics. He has made it clear that he will testify to the fact that Right Cars must be dealt with. I will be contacting the ombudsman, AA and Dekra to ascertain as to why or how this vehicle was passed without proper testing and evaluation not to mention how if I had the car??? I will also be channeling through every possible social media source to get word out of the poor business conduct at Right Cars. In the meantime I will track down as many victims as possible so that when we appear in front of a judge it cannot be said that this was a once off. I want as many testimonials as possible because the law should not allow businesses to conduct themselves in such crude manners. Riaan and everyone at Right Cars please take me seriously and get in touch with me to make this right or prepare for the onslaught as I will not rest even if it costs me everything until I am remuneration or compensated. We can mediate around a table without drama or I will see you guys in court and then let the judge decide. I hope this gets to the right person as I want this resolved peacefully but am more than willing to go as far as it takes to get heard and remunerated.
