Watch out for Right Cars!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. At first we struggled to get information out of the dealership on the progress of our application. Then when the car was delivered there where a lot of stuff wrong with the car.

The mirror unit didn't work. The car kept pulling to the left (even after wheel alignment was done)

For 6 months I was messed around. Constantly assured that the parts where at the workshop. Upon arrival. It was the wrong parts.

Then they attempted a ********** warranty claim. Which we disclosed to the insurance company.

They would go quiet for weeks on end until I contacted them.

Then the lies started again.

I eventually took them to the ombudsman. They sparked again and assured me that they have the parts but it will have to be fitted at some undisclosed location. I asked for the information and they didn't give it to me. They wanted the car for an undisclosed amount of time. I asked whether they will be accommodating me to be able to still work. They refused.

I told them I wasn't willing to lose a 5th day of work for something they should have fixed before delivery. They then said that they weren't obligated to help me since I wasn't willing to do exactly what they say.

Whatever you do. Do NOT buy from this company.
