Very poor service and response!!!

I bought a car for my fiance in August 2017 from Right Cars Durban. We were told we had to pay for the car cash and an additional extra R 1650. 00 for change of ownership to register the car in my fiance's name. (which we did on the spot) The sales consultant said that we would have this documents by latest 3 weeks.

Up until now 13 November 2017 I am getting no response from them or any documents to proof that this car is in my fiance's name. This is rediclous that they are quick to take your money before you can take the car and then you as client are left with no documentation for your vehicle you bought. I have send numerous emails and phone calls and all I get is a sop story of the documents was send to a wrong branch ag ja sure what ever!!! I want my documents delivered asap this is the last time I will ever do bussinness with them.
