Treat clients as ****

I bought a car from them on the 27th May 2015. The sales consultant said we should take the car for service at a Bosch Service Centre and we did that. Its been two weeks since the car was purchased, and its parked at home. The car wont start. I contacted the sales person and he said his boss says there is nothing they can do. I then contacted his boss who was very RUDE and even hang up the phone while I was talking to him. This is unacceptable and they do not have a good customer service. I paid the car cash (R60 000) and it seems like my money went to waste. I would not advise anyone to go to this dealership. Its ****.
