Terrible Service!!! Doors needs to be closed!!!

<p>I bought a vehicle from them 1 and 1/2 months ago. When we took delivery of the vehicle they still ran around for things that needs to be done. License and registration was not done, if I did not check the license disk on the vehicle they would have not said anything. I had to ask for a temporary license. Eventually when we left with the vehicle it was not even washed, there was no valet done on the vehicle. This is a financed deal, so I pay for license and registration and service and delivery. The vehicle was not service at all. We had to take it back to them to get that done, as well as the valet (which was only a wipe of and not a wash).</p> <p>I was asked right in the beginning of the deal if this can be GP number plates as we are based in Cape Town and I said NO. I want it to have the Cape Town number plates, they agreed and we went ahead with the deal.</p> <p>I had to go to them for a second temporary license as the first one has expired. The second one has expired as well on Friday past. After numerous phone calls to the Cape Town branch and to the Johannesburg branch I finally got the number plates delivered (I had to tell them they will deliver because I will not go to them again) on Saturday. The number plates are incorrect (No surprise I guess) they are GP number plates. So when I send a message to the Cape Town Manager he told me to deal with the JHB people as they did the finance. How on earth do you send the client from one to the other the whole time? The driver who delivered the number plates gave us a message that if we want the number plates to be Cape Town ones we will have to pay for them our self’s (number plates and the registration). So please tell me what the reason is for paying R2500.00 for License and Registration if I need to pay for this myself?</p> <p>I would NEVER EVER advise anyone to do business with Right Cars.
