SOLD ME A DUD CAR THEN ****** ME OF MY MONEY

I bought a car from Right Cars, after being reassured that the car was in good condition and only in need of a service, I took possession of the car. As I am from the Free State and went to Jhb to fetch the car it was imperative that the car was in good condition of which they said it was. I was on my way to family in Rustenburg when I noticed the car was smoking, when i arrived in Rustenburg my husband checked under the car for the problem, the oil was pouring out the engine and we noticed that the propshaft had been removed which was not disclosed to us at the time of the sale. I phoned the salesman and told him of the problem, to make a long story short, the owner of Right Cars was not interested and would do nothing to rectify the problem, he said he would have it repaired at his workshop but we had to pay, eventually after 3 days of back and forwards Eugene bought the car back from me for R5000 less than I payed for it, i accepted this under duress as I was sick and tired of this mans lies, deceit and total lack of interest in this problem. I have been to the IDA and the Ombudsman and have consulted an attorney. RIGHT CARS... SHOULD BE WRONG CARS. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER....
