Poor Service and Unprofessionalism

I'm utterly disappointed and upset by the service that we have received from Shaun at Bram Fischer Drive. We came to do a trade-in and he has been giving us a run around since yesterday.

Today again we arrived at 8am and he has been moving us from pillar to post. He told us to go to the Right Cars workshop for evaluation which we don't mind, but then again he gave us the wrong address. If you guys are not interested in doing trade-ins or not interested in a sale just say so and stop wasting customer's time. This whole thing is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
