Poor After sales and customer service

Not happy with service of dealership. Originally went to them to look at a certain vehicle, however the vehicle had too much visible damage. We took a look around and my wife found her perfect car, keep in mind the vehicle is for my wife. Test drove the vehicle on 3 different occasions, only concerns we had was the noise that emanated from the from left, the sagging roof lining and small dent and scratches on the vehicle. Our sales person at the time notified us that nothing would be repaired on the vehicle as we will purchase the vehicle as is. (my wife is financing this vehicle). After a set of days Rightcars agreed to repair the front left suspension. Car drove fine for 3 months. Took the car on the freeway for the first time (my wife work is 4.8km from our house). I noted as soon as we reach above 80 - 100kmph there is a vibration in the steering wheel. Took the vehicle to a tyre dealership. They inspected the vehicle and and noted that 2 of the wheels were buckled on the inside and 1 tyre was badly bubbled on the inside, the suspension report also indicated that the 2 front shocks were to be replaced as they are in the red and the rear to shortly to follow. When brought to the sales persons attention it was stated "You have had the vehicle for 4 Months (in fact barely over 3months, drove 3000km) and we can not do anything". Why was these concerning mistakes not picked up when the Rightcars inspected the vehicle. This is a concern as this is my wife driving this vehicle. This is just partial of the bad service we received. Delevry days has been delayed, vechiles engine light came on as we left the dealership due to spark plug clip not plugged in properly, ECU was hanging loose after car has been serviced, vehicle keys was not in safe to do a final test drive. We brought all these matters to Rightcars attention were they have not responded till today, it has been over 5 days. How is this good after sales or customer service ?
