Lack of professionalism

This dealership is a joke. I phoned to enquire about a vehicle. The phone just rang unanswered several times. And when it was eventually answered there was a lack on customer service etiquette. There was background noise, it sounded like the person was in a pub or tavern. He was less interested in what I was asking. I gave him the description of the car I’m interested in, he gave a different description and just sad the car is sold without making sure that we’re talking about the same car. I tried to engage him further and just ignored me and spoke to someone else on the side.
