Evil dealership

I would not advise anyone to buy a car there,even my worst enemy. We bought a car earlier this year the car broke down 3 times within a period of less than a month. I was promised they would cancel the deal since the car broke down multiple times. mind you when it was breaking I was told they could not help with towing its my responsibility to bring the car to the dealers. that time the car was at limpopo when it broke for the 3rd time with the same issue. Janene who is a complaint officer,very soft talking but ruthless and heartless she promised me verbally that they would cancel the deal. i requested that she respond to the MFC email stating that they are willing to cancel the deal. she did not write that email. that time I was secretly recording our conversations. out of desperation we couldn't wait anymore but bought another car from a different dealership,since we were promised that the deal with right cars will be cancelled. when I make follow ups with Themba the sales person I was told they are busy with the cancelation process. mind you I was the one who was always calling and making follow ups they would not even bother to update me but I was the one always calling,sometimes they would not pick up my calls. The matter was dragging and I when I checked with Janene as to how far is the cancellation. I was told "The director denied with the cancellation and the car is sent to a different dealership". I said but that was not the agreement, you promised that since the car broke down multiple times you would cancel the deal, she couldn't even entertain that I even mentioned that I bought another car from a different dealership but that did not even matter to her. I tried involving MFC complaint office but she did not even respond their emails as well. I discovered later that the car was also involved in an accident but Themba told me its accident-free when I was buying it. I have all the necessary proofs and voice recordings as I was engaging with them. That dealership is evil and I do not recommend it to anyone. Please look for dealerships with Reputations when buying cars, especially second-hand. I do not wish these to happen to anyone. my family and I are affected not only emotionally but financially as well. I regret the day I stepped into that dealership.
