NOT A TRANSPARENT SALESMAN CALLED RIAAN KUHN
FROM RIGHT CARS HANDLED ME FOR 5k
Gave a deposit on a vehicle
Wasn’t happy
Called about another vehicle that I wanted to buy with cash
They chose to charge me an extra 5k
No ethics
No customer service
I paid the extra 5k and bought the car
No books
No service history
No transparency
I’m thoroughly disgusted
They have a slick operation run by ********* people
I wasn’t going run away and lose my 5k deposit
I fully intended to buy a car from Riaan
I told him I was interested in the car
He said sure
Come see it with pleasure
He never mentioned anything about losing my deposit if I changed my mind
When presented me the invoice to pay for the car I chose he said
Oh by the way you you have pay an extra 5k
How to lose a customer fast
Time frame 4days from deposit to buying the vehicle I chose
Where is the customer retention and respect and service?
I was ****** of 5k
I requested a refund
They said they don’t refund because rules are rules are rules
