Bad service with a written off car with no certificate and expired disc.

I bought a car at this car dealer on 2018/04/16 a renult megane 1.6 2012 model the disc was expired with no papers I only find it out after I have done with the transactions when I asked about it they told me that they will send me the certificate of the car during the week since they waited for the recent owner to bring them, I waited for the whole two weeks nothing was happening and remember I bought the car at northriding and went home to limpopo which it wasn't easy to take it home as it is since the disk was expired I had to drive at night... So I tod them since they are failing to produce the paperwork I'll return the car then they told me that I can't because there is no refund then I told them that it wasn't my fault then they say I should wait they are busy with the papers for the whole 3months nothing then they started ignoring my calls everytime when I call and hear it's me they hangup the car was packed for the whole six months cos I couldn't drive it every time when I drive it police will stop me and give me a ticket and telling me that if they see me next time driving the car they will Inpound it so I had to park it until I call them again after 8months then someone so called Ruben answered then I explained the story to him then he understood and say to me I should bring it he will send me a permit then he did it indeed then after two days I drove the car back on my way I had an accident where by I had to be hospitalized for 6months with some broken ribs while I was in hospital police came and told me that RAF won't cover me cos the car is not roadworthy it was written off long time I'm still worried about it I paid R65000 and extra R750 for change of ownership which it didn't even happened now I'm stuck with that accident car.... I'll love hellopeter to help me how to solve this issue if the situation is like this....
