Bad service

Baught a car from them,added 2 years warranty and have had alot of problems with it. Contacted them December to arrange when i can get it fixed, they said everyone is on holiday and i can arrange in January, i have been trying to get a hold of them since and always then same answer, they mechanic is out or on lunch.
