Bad customer service and bad attitude from the white Mechanic

I bought a car from Right Cars through finance. When I drove the car from the first day it has no power and though maybe it's because it has not been used for a long time and probably am not used to the pedals. On the second day when it takes off, it always want to cut off, it does not have power and when I drive below 50k/h it looses its power and constantly want to stop. I don't drive above 60k/h all the time and when I apply the accelerator it takes time for it to pick up speed and kind off give a funny sound at the exhaust pipe like its blocked or something and then slow down for seconds before it picks up. This happens frequently when I drive at 50k/h or below and this means I have to drive more than 60k/h of which I don't like. Also when I take off I have to apply both the clutch and accelerator for a couple of seconds before I release the clutch completely.

I'm not sure how did the technicians miss this during the technical inspection, multi-point check and service. I'm asking because the car did this the same day I picked it from Right Cars but I thought maybe it is because I'm not used to the stability of the gear pedals but it got worse. This time is even stops when I take off at the traffic lights.

When is emailed Barrend to have this escalated he responded and I quote "Kindly note that I only deal with Finance and Insurance related problems, it is the salesman's responsibility to direct you to the proper channels. Your salesman can divert you to the workshop manager or branch manager. Keep in mind that each person has a role in the company."

I then communicated this with Lenny who told me to bring the car and when I get there all he cared about was making sales to new customers and referred me to some guy to give me directions to their workshop. When I got to the workshop I received a very good service from a Dark Short and chubby Venda King who tested the car and confirmed it indeed has a problem. They told me they need to order the part. The same day a white guy called to confirm the mileage of the car and I agreed to call him back coz I had to go out of the building to read it. When I called the number it was forever engaged and though the guy will call to follow up just like every service provider does but three weeks passed and no contact. I had to take a journey to Swaziland and the car stopped while passing through springs. I had to return the car to the workshop. When I got there, the white guy asked and I quote " How is that my problem" when I tried to explain that I could not get through coz the phone was forever engaged he kept on interrupting me with and I quote "Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello". left the car at the workshop and took public transport to Swaziland. On Friday I contacted Lenny and he confirmed that he will get back to me and up to now I had to call him again and he has no clue whether my car is fixed or not.

In that company everyone has a responsibility, just like barrend said, but no one wants to be responsible for anything. All they are interested in is selling cars and corning people into buying services they never conduct and nothing else.
