Bad customer service

You will find decent vehicles at rightcars but their customer service skills is something you would never expect. They force you to right good reviews or they refuse to let you take your car after you have paid, they charge R1800 for registration only of the vehicle which cost R204 while the rest is left to you, they won't send your registration document to you nor can you ask someone to collect it. In short these are are bunch of ******!
