Please assist me, I bought a Car last year 2017 in November at RIGHT CARS JHB, Cash, I was not given the papers for the car but got the car , it is now March they still haven't given me the papers. every time I call them they say after 10 days the 10 days passes still no papers, I CANNOT USE THE CAR BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE CAR PAPERS
