Bad service and attitude

Be warned, Save yourself from a lot of headache Do not buy from this people. I bought Double garage door which cost me 19k. I paid cash and they installed. Withing 4 month i remotely opened the doors and it came falling off rails. I then reported the matter to them and they right away wanted to charge me to come to site ,evaluate and charge me for any part damaged. I then produced my paper issued by them stating that if a buy from them there is a 12 MONTH GUARANTEE of product and workmanship. They then apologized and said they will come to site right away to fix. They NEVER did. It is almost 2 months now.

They have been ignoring my emails and my calls. They are just ****s that shouldn't be in business. rika, blignaut and others know the problem and they haven lifted a finger to assist a customer that paid the cash. Dont be fooled by their **** testimonials written by they friends claiming they are good. I see below my review there is a gentlemen by the name Alan Britton had similar problem and they never wanted to take responsibility. stay away mense. 2 months now and No communication whatsoever!!
