Really bad service

<p>Installed 2 aircons for me. One compressor wrongly installed straight against a window where I was busy with renovations with water outlet at wrong slope. Also found out recently that gas refrigerant pipe was leaking. Other one installed in a very intrusive position at my front door. I had to buy electrical plugs for them as they arrived without it. Afterwards my chuck of my drill disappeared after I lent them my drill. Struggled for 6 months to correct the two installations. Made many many calls, emails and appointments but as a general rule they don’t pitch up for appointments even when confirmed the same day. One aircon corrected after 6 months of constant calls and failing to pitch up for appointments. For the other aircon to be correct, they did not pitch up for the 6 June morning appointment which was confirmed on the same day, failing to pitch up for the 11 am 7 June appointment but arrived at 4pm without the correct pipes and failing to pitch up for the Wednesday appointment. Second one not yet corrected.</p>
