RIGHTFIT GARAGE DOORS - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

After making full payment the garage door at my house on the 23rd February 2018 and this after numerous calls and email of when installation would be done as I was advised that after 10 days of payment it will take 10 days to install.

After pestering the people for installation and it happened on the 23rd February, I then discovered that the door wad being scratched when being opened and closed, also it was making very bad screeching noise. I reported this telephonically and also through email and was advised that someone will come through to check the door out.

On the 28th March after numerous pestering the door was checked and it was discovered that one of the panels is dented and would need to be replaced.

On the 02nd April I called to check on the progress on the matter - but hey the guy at the office knows anything of my issue or replace (suppose his workmen never gave him feedback) and he had promised to come back to me but did not. Today is the 12th April and there is still nothing from RightFit.

I am at a point where I want them to come and remove this door, and refund me my money and I will do business with people that understand what is proper customer service.
