Bad *****ing electrians

This company is focused as ever for lack of better discription,they have no tools to do thier job,they ask you to buy the products tell you they can go get but come with short products that you still buy only to check they just lay wires but don't connect,if they take parts they don't bring back eg my TV motherboard till today they took to replace batteries.he asks to be paid before he finish the job that there's abit of work left and never comes back,while he was in my house I saw him looking at my computer box when I asked him what his doing he said my husband said he must take a look till today it doesn't work he took out something.
