**********, over spent, Black mailed by digital marketing company

This digital marketing company found me on Facebook. They came in with promising strategies to help increase my sales for my new online store which broke even in month one. Month 2 after they came in my sales dropped by 90%, they charged me a fortune for their services and then they still overspent on my adwords budget by $700! They did nothing to fix this, all the risk lies on the customer and the suggestion was to use his person credit card to run my ad account and credit me! I asked for a refund to which i was refused, money that dies not belong to them. They immediately stopped helping me and insisted I continue paying an exorbitant fee of $1000 for their help. Absolutely no customer service. They are unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. I'm now spending more money to fix this mess. Please do motake this same mistake! I was then *********ed to remove my rating of their service off their site!
