Stinking Attitude

Good day,<br> <br> I need to lodge a complaint. <br> <br> The ladies at the farm office should be addressed as their client services skills are pathetic. I was there today with my husband and children to pay for a lapa for Saturday as my husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and my husband birthday on Saturday. I called in 2 weeks back to book and said I would come into the office in the 17th to pay.<br> <br> Today I get there and ALL the lapas are booked. To my surprise, to top it off the attitude I get from your so called manager and another lady. Making me out to be a **** and to top it off they speak about me in their language thinking I don't understand them. Really?<br> <br> You can only imagine my anger and frustration to be treated like this. This is no way to treat clients no way whatsoever.<br> <br> If this is the way Rietvlei treats people the public that actually brings in the money then it's not on.<br> <br> Where are we suppose to find another venue now? Our Invites have already gone out, everything planned.<br> <br> Someone needs to get back to me ASAP as to what is gona be done.
