Neighborhood Picnic Spot - shameful

So you pay your entrance fee to go enjoy a picnic at Rietvlei. You get your picnic area and setup for a day out in nature. Picnickers from another group move into the middle of our picnic spot - chairs, coolers and attitude. We try to reason regarding etiquette and personal space. We are spoken to with absolute contempt. We go up to office. Samson comes down and is ineffectual in resolving our problem. Imagine, citizens cannot have a civilized outing ... and the facility supplying the service are not interested in assisting. Gladys told us that we should have brought our own bunting tape to cordon off our space. What a sad situation. I rue the day that there is an emergency there. Rietvlei - it is an embarrassment - such a place should managed in the interest of the people who support them.
