Booking time not honoured

Booked for 5 ladies at Rietvlei Spa over a month ago. I phoned to confirm appointment yesterday. My 10 o'clock booing was telephonically confirmed. <br> <br> We arrived at 9:45 to be told that we would be attended to shortly. By 10:20 we were still waiting. I enquirer as to how much longer we would have to wait and was told it would not be too long. By 10:30 we decided to leave. <br> <br> I phoned to speak to the manager, Gift, to express my dissatisfaction to have excuses made and eventually an apology. I asked that the owner phone me. That was at 10:35 and have had no call yet. Clearly the owner is not concerned how badly her business is being run. <br> <br> When leaving I noticed a nail/toe nail clipping on the stairs outside as well as an acrylic tip outside. Evidently the floor is swept, right outside into Rietvlei Farm's grounds. <br> <br> A very poor representation of the beauty industry not to mention the lack of professionalism when appointment times are not honoured and no one bothers to apologise, keep paying clients informed whether they're running late etc.
