Rietvlei Coffee shop not up to standard

We had vouchers for breakfast, and we received nothing close to what was shown on the photo of the voucher. When I asked about it, the waitress just said, that was only an example. I would never have bought the voucher if it said that. For the price I paid I could have gotten much more at a normal restaurant. Service was utterly poor, as we had to ask three times for a cup of coffee.
