BAD FOOD PREPARATION

Visited the coffee shop approximate 2018/01/24 and ordered food. My wife's order was not what she ordered and I ordered a Steak & Chips with mushroom sauce. The sauce was made of flower, no cream was used and it still had clots in it. I didn't sent it back as i was pushed for time. When paying I complained about it. The cashier then refused to accept the payment and at a later stage I was confronted by a warden with an attitude to pay or I could not leave the reserve. He also threatened me with the police. My personal feeling is that I would never refer a person the the coffee shop due to the fact that their service and food is not what we expected to get when you stop for a meal at their current pricing.
