Refusal to pay Outstanding debt due to shuttle service

My husband has rendered to them shuttle service over a few months and they refuse now to pay him what is due to him. Even after invoices were issued and send to them. They are numb on the outstanding amounts due and is hoping that their debt will disappear / prescribed after prescription date. This is the action of ****s.
