Bad service and failure to supply product

We have ordered and paid for children's clothing to be made on the 4th of June 2025 and was informed that the clothes will be completed on the 7th of June 2025. Until now, 10th of July 2025, we have not received any clothing. We paid R679 into the person,s account onthe 4th of June and she promised to send photos of the clothing but nothing received until now.
