Obnoxious and rude

Complained about performing work, complained about my pickup times, but said they would accommodate me, but then just left in any case - so I spent a lot of money to get there for nothing - without notifying me - leaving my car outside! I will never ever make use of them again, or recommend them to anybody. Not accommodating and rude!
