Bad service

One of the worst services I ever received. The staff are lazy, *********** and completely ignore the importance of paying attention to detail. I went there to purchase tiles, coming all the way from Johannesburg east to support them in Pretoria they gave me 2 different tile designs that time I had requested 1 specific colour/design, upon reaching home I discovered that the colour of the tiles were not the same. So I went back to them to have the tiles changed to the correct ones, upon reaching the store they advised me that they don't have the specific one I want in stock so I was left with no choice but to use the mix up which they gave me as the tiler had started the work already. I then went back again the following day to buy 4 more boxes as I was short and magically they had the colour/design that I was initially looking for. When I asked why they never had it a day before they advised me, "sorry, we've always had it we made a mistake yesterday, we never checked properly." The store manager blatantly started ignoring me when I said it's unacceptable, no ownership was even taken for a mistake that they did, no apology made and no effort whatsoever was made to even try to remedy the situation.
