Complain

My husband went to Ridge pharmacy on the 26 April to buy spasmend and sinutab severe sinus, he paid R128 for the medication, he wasn't supp**** with an invoice they just registered it in to an book, when he arrived at home he handed me the meds, when I wanted to take the sinutab there was only 12 in the box instead of 24, when I phoned then they said they cannot give me another 12 and they also cannot refund me, I should come to then on Tuesday to see the owner, I'm very disappointed and I want the rest of the tablets.
