If you are having an event soon and are looking for a décor company, play FAR AWAY from Rideaux D'Or Interiors & Events. Its been one big headache after another. I needed to fight before the event, during the day of the event and even after the event.

Firstly, the level of professionalism is even lower than the gutter. Poor communication and you need to explain things to so called ‘professionals’ like you’re talking to a 5 year old child.

I told the event coordinator at least 3 times that they needed to set up at 8:00 and finish at 11:00. They only showed up to the venue at 11:00, resulting in me needing to negotiate with the venue not to charge me extra (per their T&C). They deliberately ignore your calls and when they do answer, they lie continuously about where they are.

After the event, not a single item was broken or damaged, and the owner did not want to pay my full deposit because ‘the candle holders had candle wax’. I literally needed to cause a scene just to get my money back.

Do yourself a favour and just use someone else. This place is not worth the stress they will give you.
