Human Kindness at it's Finest

Derri and team at First and Bullard in Fresno, CA ROCK! My custom front Ford emblem came off and I wasn't sure if it had been ****** or it came off at the car wash. I didn't stop to dry my truck after the wash so I didn't notice it missing. I went back the next day. Even though it was a very busy Saturday, Derri helped me almost immediately. Unfortunately, no one had seen it. Derri took my info and within hours, they found it in "the pit" and I was called. That part is cool, but what really stands out is the way Derri handled it. Being busy and helping me almost immediately and being so cool, respectful, willing, POLITE, etc., is just not something you experience much anymore. That level of service at a RIDE-AND -SHINE??? Awesome!! Derri took an interest in my situation and was happy to help out, THAT itself means everything. Thank you Derri!
