Socking service from Rids
Called in again and made a booking after they repaired the same twice already that lasted just over a year or so each time Told the helpful lady that answered the phone that confirmed a appointment for past Monday but told me she will be on leave the week but Jaco would be there Monday Monday came and went no call nothing Tuesday came a nothing Wednesday I called to ask what’s going on only to be told a bunch of lies say the sent me messages the when I asked for proof they change there story to oh no they need to come give me a quote . After I stated why this was not done then Monday the youngster put the phone down in my ear . I called back to be told no the call dropped but I left it at that asking again when are they coming to sort this out and just do the job I’m happy to pay for the service I got all the excuses under the sun with attitude then when on to put the phone down in my ear Talking to two other people I got the same story from them and that they experienced similar trends and zero service I honestly would not recommend them to anyone and the first two time should have learned my lesson No custermer service or understanding of who your clients are but to top it no values or ethic Really poor
