Really Really Bad service

<p>We are a small pre school. we have a copier from Ricoh, the orginal copier was struck badly by lighting, after many many fight, reports, photos, discussions etc. They agreed to replace the machine. with a massive excess!!!! It was then discovered that they had NOT settled my previous contract with another copier supplier, dispite promising otherwise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now we have the new machine and they will not honour a service agreement to set it up with the computers at the school with out chargeing over R600 per setup. This is just such a ******* and unacceptable customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>So so so disapointed. Really is there a decent company out here with ethics??</p>
