Poor customer service.

Your approved distributor, Thepa Trading, in Bloemfontein, Free State, SA, took my 2 printers in Dec 2018 for diagnosis. To date I do not have my printers back nor a quote.

I made 2 visits to their offices, they made promises and promises. We are in Mid May now.

I now have relocated Gauteng now and did ask them to finish up before I left. I want my printers.
