horrid service Ricoh SA

Worst service ever received from Ricoh SA, I will never in my entire life buy any of these products again I purchased a Ricoh SP 213W laser printer which I use on a regular basis

I unfortunately had to get a new laptop and as the new laptop does not have a cd rom I tried downloading the drivers off the web, which was unsuccessfull, I then tried calling the company to ask for advise on how to go about getting and installing these drivers to which I was promptly told that I do not have a service contract with them and they will send me a quote to send to have a technician come out and fix the situation I have never had this with any other company including Epson and Canon from whom I have bought numerous printers over the years

I think the next step is throw this piece of plastic in the bin and get another Epson or Canon
