Do not Sign a Contract with Ricoh George Western Cape!

I do not even want to give one star! I had a printer contract that I signed in 2018 (3 year term). I did not get much from the servicing of the contract. Needless to say, I kept on paying for a printer with no use. The contract was in year 6 this year of a (take note) 3 YEAR contract so we are double over the contract period. When I wanted to cancel the contract I received no response. When I received response a month later (another months fees charged) I was told that I need to give a 90 day notice(another 3 extra months service fees) on a month to month contract? How do you hold someone to contract terms if it is a month to month contract? At the end of the day I did not pay for the machine as I am getting no help or feedback. I was then sent an e-mail from a lawyer to demand the payment of R7900 or they will black list me. Do not ever take a contract with Ricoh. I have had a bad experience and I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis, I will spread the word... I now paid the R7900 outstanding balance but I will let everyone know how you get treated after you have been a client of theirs for 6 years with the same old machine and no service!
