Disgusting technical service

<p>Our colour machine Pro C5100s has been down for about three days and nobody seems to know what they are doing, first of all technician arrives and has no parts with him then we wait for him to return. The worst part we phone to follow up and we are given the run around. After three years they now say that it is the environment, just another excuse that they do not know what they are doing. This is our livelyhood and we cannot afford to loose our customers.</p>
