brand new printer faulty - 2nd one in a few days

3510SF Faulty - bypass paper tray error - Just had Sp100U printer replaced after attempted repair, 2 printers, same client faulty within a few days of each other. need a resolution immediately or else we will not buy any more Ricoh Printers. Printers are not even 3 months old from purchase. client cannot be without their main network printer & just waited 2 weeks for the last one to be replaced..<br> craig - fit computers
