Bad Service
<p>Logged a Call 29-05-17. What a mission. Everyday i phone to see if the Technician will come out today and everyday i get told a new story as to why not today. Then they finaly realized they logged my call with the incorrect branch.... The Technician only came out to me 13-06-17. </p> <p>THEN it started all over again.. Ordered a part .... Still waiting, after phoning them almost eveyday and getting the same answer.... "the stock should be here tomorrow, i will let you know" not once did they phone me back to say "sorry but it will only be here on this date. The Technician said the part should take no longer than 3 working days, more like 13days (and still counting). Finally got to speak to the Technical Manager "The shipment will arrive today (22-06-17) and we will install 23-06-17). Well its 26-06-17 and i still dont have the new part AND no one phoned me to let me know that there is ANY delay. Tried calling ANYONE that could give me an answer.... Everyone is busy or out of the office. </p>
