Absolutely No Support

I can not get hold of Technical support now for the whole day?? I need assistance with my printer (it was installed, but my scanner does not work). I've been trying the following numbers, all engaged: ***,***,***,***,***,***. NOT ONE OF THESE NUMBERS ARE WORKING!! Please contact me asap regarding assistance?? This is truly pathetic!
