No customer service from Ricky t/a reliable constr

ricky promised delivery today 5/12/2015 between 9-10 I called him at 11 and he said that he will be at my place in 30 min I left home and upon arrival at 5pm I got news that the delivery on arrived after 13:45 and when I called him he had a very bad attitude and said I should be grateful that I got my delivery because he was short staffed and after spending over 8000 in his business he made it like he's doing me a favor he continued cutting my call and being rude and there was not even an apology as I had to pay the workers for the day for doing nothing but sit and wait for Ricky because he couldn't handle his staff issues and also apparently it was raining and couldn't work he still maintains he's doing me a favour by delivering my blocks and I should be happy his work ethics is clearly wrong but more worries is the fact that I would have liked to give all people in business a chance but Ricky doesn't deserve any as his bad attitude and manners is putrid he has the money with him so he's happy but one thing this man don't know about is the power of social media anyone that wants to use this man suggest not please try someone else that deserves a chance n clearly not Ricky's
