RICKONIQUE ONLINE STORE... ****

On 5 April i placed an order with a company called Rickonique for sneakers advertised on her site. Payment was done on the same day. I was told that the order would be delivered in 3-5 days and if it was raining it would be 7-10 days. I was promised delivery by the owner Anke Mannsberger for 11 or 12 April the latest. Nothing was delivered and no communication as to why. When eventually getting hold of her I was told that the problem was at the courier and that the lady she dealt with was attacked at her office, then i was told that the waybill she was sent was **** but she is sorting it out and would get back to me. after a few days of no response to any messages I demanded back my money and was told that she will send it to her supplier that will do the refund on 18 April 2018. I requested the contact details for this person and am still waiting for the number or the refund. I have opened a case of theft against this company and would advise everyone NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A ****!!!
