Poor Service

I app**** for a car finance with Rieckhoff under Planet 42. It's now been over a week and have been having issues with Minette because of her incompetence. She hasn't been telling me the truth about my application and even ignoring communication with me. I have even paid the deposit and she doesn't want to refund me, she just blue ticks me on WhatsApp and decline my calls. What a rude agent. I urgently need my refund and want nothing with the dealership anymore.
