Poultry *****

Hi, I bought 25 boxes of eggs from this supplier and the offer delivery, few hours later while waiting for the delivery they told me the truck is short of ten boxes to deliver, I must pay for additional ten boxes so that they can deliver urgently and noticed from the that I was *****ed, the next morning they told me that the truck can't leave because my order is pending vat, I need to pay for 600 of vat. I requested refund because I don't have the additional money, they never responded
